This fit session is appropriate for Entry-Level Cyclists who are either unsure whether their current bike set-up is optimal or need a quick check of their positioning on their bike. It involves the following: - Cleat alignment check with adjustment if necessary. - Analysis of your position on the bike. - Adjustment of your bike based on the fitting results. - Detailed report of your fit session. Cost RM600 for Road Bike and RM750 for TT/Tri Bike.

For those who have been riding for a while or have comfort issues or performance limitations, this is the session you want to do! The Complete fit looks at all aspects of fitting you to your own bike and includes the following: - A review of your riding history, performance goals, & comfort issues on the bike. - An assessment of your functional mobility on and off the bike. - Cleat alignment with corrections, shoe wedging or shimming if necessary. - 3D Motion Capture analysis of your position and riding style on the bike - Saddle pressure analysis (Gebiomized) to assist with saddle fit and positioning. - Adjustments to your bike based on the results to optimize fit. - A comprehensive report summarizing the results of the fit with recommendations for future actions. - Exercise prescription, if necessary to help improve your functional movement on and off the bike.  Cost RM950 for Road Bike and RM1150 for TT/Tri Bike. Price of session includes a refit within 2 months of your initial session if you feel the original fit position has not helped you. It does NOT however include a refit if you have changed parts (e.g. different saddle, new stem) on your bike since the first fit or wish to be fitted on a different bike.

If you have cleats that need to be properly aligned to your cycling shoes, sign up for this service. It includes measurement of your foot size, forefoot identification in your shoes, observation of your pedaling style on our fit bike, and alignment of cleats based on your foot size and pedaling style. The 1st pair of shoes is RM80, and each additional pair of shoes thereafter is RM40 each.

Our instructor will be there to correct and ensure proper technique, making this session physically challenging yet immensely rewarding. By focusing on building muscle and mastering the mechanics, you'll be able to get the most out of your stride when you hit the ice.

A slightly longer session allows Liam and the student to focus more time on a particular part of the game. With 60 minutes you can really go in depth on problematic areas and put the building blocks in place for future practise sessions.To ensure you get the most out of your lesson Liam uses the Flightscope X3 launch monitor which captures ball and club data across the bag. Post lesson Liam will send you a video/voiceover breakdown of your lesson and what you need to work on moving forward

Ideal for partners or friends who are new to the game. 90 minutes allows us to start on the driving range to review the full swing and eventually make our way to the golf course. The most challenging part of Golf is taking your game from the driving range to the golf course. Doing this in a coaching environment makes it that much easier. The two adults do not need to be at the same skill level for the lesson to be beneficial.To ensure you get the most out of your lesson I use the Flightscope X3 launch monitor which captures ball and club data across the bag. Post lesson I will send you a video/voiceover breakdown of your lesson and what you need to work on moving forward.
