Before we start training together, whether in person or online, your first INTRODUCTORY session will also include a comprehensive fitness test, a physical assessment of your mobility, and any current movement restrictions. Based on your fitness test results, goals, and any existing or previous injuries, I will design a program that is personalised to you. As you increase your fitness levels and gain strength, we will reassess your fitness every couple of months, which means we can analyse your progress and celebrate your achievements!

If you want to wear your own shoes, please ensure they are tight-fitting and clean, PLEASE DO NOT wear the pair you intend to climb in to the centre.
