Join me for a relaxing and peaceful sound bath at this beautiful spot. These sound baths are a lighter format of the different sound baths I host. This enables me to keep the prices affordable as accessibility of my services is a top priority.  Sound baths are a beautiful way to process and heal physical and mental health issues including stress, burn out and insomnia. Please arrive 10 mins before the scheduled start time for a prompt start and bring:water to drinkyoga mat / something to lie on (the majority of the session is lying on the floor)blankets and cushions - slippers, oodies and dressing gowns encouraged!Please contact me if lying on the floor is uncomfortable and I can bring something else.Try and have a think about what you'd like to get out of the session before you arrive - this might simply be a delicious hour to yourself, but you may also be seeking a specific type of healing. If you are an Iron Ladies gym member or on a low income, please use the other ticket option. If you are struggling financially and in need of healing, please let me know, I have work for space options.
