This event is only available at 9:30AM and the duration of the event is 90 minutes. Minigolf and softplay for up to 20 guests. Additional guests are $5 dollars extra.

The MM is a sea and beach based fitness class created to help women be healthy & strong, to enjoy the therapy of the sea, the outdoors, to connect us & clear the fog. What is involved;A bit of swimming and dipping. These sessions are not swim coaching sessions to improve your stroke. Its is for all levels as long as you can swim a basic stroke and stay afloat. Strength and resistance activities using the beach and the water to encourage bone strength and build muscle.  Breathing and mindfulness exercises to help us embrace the change and LOVE ourselves.Advice and support.Sessions are currently Monday at 13.30pm Wednesday at 5pm. To join you first need to purchase a subscription/ membership by clicking the highlighted subscription required which will take you to the options to purchase the amount of classes you wish to buy for 2 months.  Once you have bought the class credits you will then need to book onto the classes you wish to come to. Join us for the epic 10KM Beachy Head Lighthouse Swim, a truly unique and breathtaking ocean swim experience, one of the very few 10km sea swims. Dates for 2026: Sunday 2nd August - 8:30am Swim StartStarting at Birling Gap, along the stunning chalky cliffs, this adventure takes you to the iconic Beachy Head Lighthouse, Holywell, Eastbourne Pier and finishes east seafront at the Beach Deck in Eastbourne. With stunning views of the Sussex shoreline and South Downs, this swim is a must-do for anyone's bucket list.Participants must be able to swim at least 2.5KM per hour and have completed a 5KM open water swim. Wetsuits are optional, but tow floats are mandatory. Don't miss out on this unforgettable open water swimming opportunity.Please note that due to the nature of open sea swimming and the remoteness of this swim it can be rescheduled. With the stunning backdrop of the Sussex shoreline and South Downs, this tidal-assisted swim offers breathtaking views.Starting at Birling Gap, along the stunning Seven Sisters chalky cliffs, this adventure takes you to the iconic Beachy Head Lighthouse, into Holywell finishing at the Wish Tower in Eastbourne. With stunning views of the Sussex shoreline and South Downs, this swim is a must-do for anyone's bucket list.To participate, you should be able to maintain a pace of 2.5KM per hour and have successfully completed a minimum 5KM tidal open water swim. Wetsuits are optional, but tow floats are mandatory.
