Please simply buzz at the main gate and speak to reception to get access to the site. Please arrive 5 - 10  minutes before your booking to allow entry through the gates and to find the pool on site. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior as you will not be allowed onsite.If you overstay your hour booking and impact on other swimmers, there will be a £30 penalty. We reserve the right to ban future bookings.We kindly ask that guests refrain from booking more than 1 private 1 hour slot in a 24 hour period, to allow other cottage guests space to book. If 2 bookings are made within 24 hours, the second booking will automatically be cancelled and we have the right to charge a £5 admin fee. You will be given access to the pool and change facilities at the start of the hour.
