Perfect class for first-timers (or those who've kind of forgotten how). If you’ve never touched clay before, this is the beginner's class for you.  $90 for two hours of instruction and creation of 2-3 pieces of your own work. Learn the basics of wheel-throwing, including centering, opening, pulling, and shaping a clay vessel, cut off and other introductory skills. We cover the entire wheel throwing process, from start to finish, plus, you get to create 2-3 pieces, all within a two-hour class session.Class includes all instruction, clay, wheels, bucket, personal-use tools and supplies and clean apron.All trimming, carving (to reduce excess clay mass), bisque and glaze firing functions will be performed by the studio team.While you choose your glaze colors; we do the cleanup of the work space – it's just that simple!You come in and pick-up your finished ceramics in the coming weeks...NOTE:  Actual glaze colors may vary slightly from any test tile. Before we start training together, whether in person or online, your first INTRODUCTORY session will also include a comprehensive fitness test, a physical assessment of your mobility, and any current movement restrictions. Based on your fitness test results, goals, and any existing or previous injuries, I will design a program that is personalised to you. As you increase your fitness levels and gain strength, we will reassess your fitness every couple of months, which means we can analyse your progress and celebrate your achievements!

Fit Space is a fully equipped studio, meaning your 1-1 training sessions are always varied, dynamic, fun and specifically tailored to your goals, utilising a variety of equipment and exercises. Having me as your trainer guarantees you an accountability partner and personal cheerleader. I will push and challenge you to safely do just a little more, every time so that you get the most out of your hour with me. Before we start training together, whether in person or online, your first INTRODUCTORY session will include a comprehensive fitness test and physical assessment of your current fitness level, mobility and to identify any movement restrictions.  Based on your fitness test results, goals and any (existing or previous) injuries, I will design a personalised and progressive program specific to you, to help you build strength, improve mobility, and achieve tangible results. If you’ve ever felt unsure about where to start, worried about exercising with improper form (because fitness should never lead to injuries), have existing injuries that hinder your training or find the atmosphere of a busy gym intimidating, then a private PT session with me - is the perfect answer for you! To book a regular weekly spot, select a date on the calendar and choose to pay for a single session (or to secure your spot pay a small deposit) or book a block of 10x sessions (which includes one FREE session)
