This treatment is designed to search out various holding patterns in your body and begin the correction process. Questions will be asked regarding work habits, sleep habits, and past injuries. Deep tissue does not mean painful! I will work with the layers of tissue, from superficial to deep, in a systematic and focused approach. This is the most functional treatment, for auto collision patients and those with chronic pain.

   더 레퍼런스는 2023년 8월 24일부터 8월 30일까지 7일간, 현대미술가 박관우의 개인전<이상한 꿈 / 미제사건>을 개최합니다. 이번 전시는, 작가가 지난 십여 년간 몰두해 온 주제들에 대한 작가 특유의 표현방식인 '배타적 체험'에서 시작하여 기존 전시들에서 공개되지 않았던 작가의 평면과 드로잉 작업에 이르기까지 다양한 작품들을 한데 선보입니다. 액자식 구조로 설계된 이번 전시는, 예약을 통해 참여할 수 있는 사건<이상한 꿈/ >에서 시작하여, 사건 내부에 존재하는 < / 미제사건>을 관람할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다. 전시는 더 레퍼런스 건물 공간을 포함한 그 주변 일대를 작품을 선보이는 무대로 포함합니다.   박관우는 지금 이곳의 세계와 그것을 구성하는 개체들에 대한 '정체화' 과정에 관하여 오랫동안 관심을 기울여 왔습니다. 그의 작업은 오직 '현상'으로서만 규명할 수 있는 인간의 양태들과 그것에 대한 자의식을, 특정한 이미지나 메시지로 드러내는 것을 멈추는 데에서 출발합니다. 대신에, 그는 생성을 위한 조건을 설정하고, 공유될 수 없는 '배타적 체험'이라는 작가 특유의 방식으로, 그것을 치환하기 위한 수많은 실험을 진행해 왔습니다. '감각을 통해 접근할 수 있는 의식과 자의식의 문제', '믿음이 매개하는 허구와 실재, 그리고 그 경계선에 놓인 정체들에 대한 문제'는 그가 자주 다루어 온, 작업 세계의 세부 항목들입니다. 현상의 포착을 위한 장치를 만들고 미시감을 불러일으키는 장면을 연출하며, 주객의 경계가 사라진 집단 심리극을 진행하거나, 오직 증언을 통해서만 존재할 수 있는 특수한 체험을 설계하는 등, 작가는 기존 분류를 벗어난 경계선의 시공을 그의 예술을 통해 탐험합니다.
