This is a complimentary discovery call where we can discuss your goals, desires, and what you're looking to create and work through in your life.  I will provide you with information on what services I offer that can help you achieve your goals, and we can see what option would be best for you.

***Please only book this service after we have had a discovery call***This will be a 1.5-2 hour single session.  In the first half, we will have a coaching session where we will work through and discuss any matter at hand. In the second half, we will do a breathwork session which will help you release any inner obstacles, find clarity, and regulate your nervous system allowing you to move forward in your life.Please note that best results are seen with multiple sessions.  Our trauma, blocks, limitations etc have taken many years to build up inside us and some of that can come from deeply rooted programming.  So it can take more than one session to help see real change, although you will notice shifts after one session.

30 mins to try on any outfits available, please keep in mind if you are late however late that may be will be taken off ur total 30 mins
