Paediatric, EARLY YEARS, Speech and Language Assessment, at clinic Assessment of speech, speech motor skills (including tongue-tie check if needed), language, social interaction, play skills and all areas relating to communication development. The assessment includes:Verbal diagnosis or developmental level of child's communication skills Verbal expert advice to help your child's communication skills plus advice sheets where applicable Verbal management / treatment plan for child's communication needsEmail liaison with NHS speech therapist (where applicable) Referral letter to GP or specialist service if assessment indicates  (e.g. hearing test, paediatrician, etc). This assessment does NOT include a written report. If you require a report this can be added as an optional extra during the booking process.
