Coaching takes a positive motivational interviewing approach to personal development. For all persons, if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session with either the Wellness Coach or Peer Coach then you will have to reschedule please. Wellness Coaching focuses on your strengths and using the facets of wellness as a framework for enhancing your well-being. Coaching allows for a growth mindset and challenges you to gain personal awareness and work towards your goals. Looking forward to our coaching experience!  This service is offered to students, faculty, faculty interns, and staff. In-person and virtual sessions are both available.
