Vanaf 22 mei 2020 (12U00) kan u hier uw plaats reserveren om in ons WZC op bezoek te komen. Om de bezoekregeling organisatorisch mogelijk te maken vragen wij u om minimum 24 uur op voorhand een plaats te reserveren. We geven u graag nog even de bezoekregels mee: - De keuze om al dan niet bezoek te willen ontvangen, en van welke bezoeker, ligt bij voorkeur bij de bewoner. - Bezoek mogelijk van maandag tot en met vrijdag binnen vaste tijdsloten in de voormiddag van 9u tot 11u30 en in de namiddag van 13u tot 15u30 gedurende maximum 20 minuten. Tussen 2 bezoeken in wordt er telkens 10 minuten voorzien om de contactoppervlaktes te ontsmetten door de medewerker. In de weekends en op feestdagen is er geen bezoek mogelijk. - Geen bezoek aan (mogelijks) besmette bewoners - Geen bezoek door (mogelijks) besmette bezoekers (verklaring op eer in te vullen: geen koorts, hoesten, vermoeidheid, spierpijn, keelpijn, kortademigheid, gedurende de laatste 14 dagen niet positief getest of bezoekers die contact hebben gehad met (vermoedelijk) besmette personen) - Geen bezoek door kinderen < 12 jaar en/of met dieren. - Een bezoeker die tot een risicogroep behoort (ouderen, personen met hart- en vaatziekten, chronische aandoeningen) dient te weten dat er risico’s verbonden zijn aan een bezoek. - Gelieve bij reservering alle gevraagde gegevens in te vullen : naam, datum en tijdslot van uw bezoek, naam en kamernummer van de bewoner, de verklaringen op eer aanvinken. U krijgt een email ter bevestiging van uw reservatie. Wijzigingen achteraf zijn niet meer mogelijk. U kan slechts één bezoek tegelijkertijd boeken, één bezoek per 7 dagen en minstens 24 u op voorhand (opdat wij de bewoners kunnen verwittigen). Bij fouten, wordt de reservatie verwijderd. - We vragen dat zoveel mogelijk dezelfde persoon op bezoek komt. Maar we beperken ons niet tot 1 ” vaste” bezoeker per bewoner. Meerdere familieleden kunnen dus een bezoek brengen, maar het is wel beperkt tot 1 bezoeker per week per bewoner. Families dienen onder elkaar af te spreken wie welke week op bezoek komt. Eventuele begeleiders van de bezoeker mogen tijdens het bezoekmoment niet binnen, deze blijven buiten staan op een veilige afstand (1.5 meter verwijderd van de schuifdeur).
