Approximately a 1 1/2 hour visit

There will be an hour of downtime to allow the medication to absorb while you sit in the lobby; we advise bringing something to do during this time

You may have skin irritation after treatment so try to avoid scheduling before a major public event such as a wedding or graduation

Sunlight should be avoided for the next 48 hours after treatment

Redness and scaling, similar to a sunburn, is expected to develop over the next few days after treatment

Please inform us if you have a history of herpes simplex virus or cold sores so we can prescribe medication for you to prevent recurrence. Please provide pharmacy number.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK

(The deposit is a part of the total shoot amount. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photo session on the day of the appointment.)

BOOKING POLICY: At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time. This deposit is paid by using this website when booking your appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash, credit card, or mobile payment (Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle).

LATE POLICY:

If the client runs more than 20 mins late, a surcharge fee of $50 will be added. There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If additional time is desired by the client to retain the full photoshoot session time duration (depending on studio and photographer's availability), a $50/hr fee + additional late fees will be applied to their final invoice. Otherwise, the photoshoot session will end at the time specified in their appointment booking. 

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:

ALL retainer fees & sessions are non-refundable. The client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 4 days prior to the scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract but will forfeit their initial deposit.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. Image proofs are unedited. 3-5 Business Day Edit Turnaround, the period BEGINS after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by the client and the photographer is notified via EMAIL.

(Business Days do NOT include Saturday and Sunday)

Package 2 comes with our Premium skin retouched photos with 6 edits in all 2 looks in total, all raw images sent via dropbox link. Multiple location changes may incur a higher rate.
