Esta sessão destina-se a pais/famílias de crianças a partir dos 2 anos até aos 12 anos, que apresentam dificuldades em comer. Esta primeira sessão, tem como objetivo avaliar a alimentação da criança, bem como o seu comportamento alimentar. Com base nas dificuldades existentes na alimentação da criança, que os pais trazem para a sessão, será efetuado um diagnóstico relativo à Seletividade Alimentar e, em conjunto com a família, definido o próximo passo para ajudar a diminuir as recusas alimentares e a alterar o comportamento alimentar.A sessão é orientada pela Liliana Morais, Coach nutricional infantil.

É um dos temas que mais preocupa os pais. De facto, 1 em cada 4 bebés sofre com cólicas, e os episódios de choro associados têm um impacto profundo no bem-estar de toda a família, levando ao sofrimento e ao cansaço.Na consulta da cólica, serão abordadas algumas estratégias como a massagem, o aleitamento, o posicionamento do bebé, o banho de relaxamento, entre outras, com o objetivo de melhorar o bem-estar do bebé e de toda a família, permitindo que esta fase seja vivida de forma mais tranquila. Estas consultas são dadas pela Enfermeira Catarina Fernandes, assessora de lactação e Instrutora de Massagem Infantil.
