Your initial naturopathy consult begins with exploring your current health story. Your challenges, strengths and goals. Together with your practitioner, you will create a workable plan for achieving your health goals and begin with small changes in diet and lifestyle for your wellbeing. Your practitioner may prescribe herbal or nutritional support as needed. A good foundation of health requires adequate nutrition for your individual lifestyle, health strengths and challenges. Please bring any recent blood tests with you for your first consultation. The package includes an additional 30 minute follow up to ensure your lifestyle changes and medications are suiting you.

Your follow up consultation continues to unravel your individual relationship to health. Together with your practitioner you will assess your progress towards your health goals & consider bringing in further strategies for enhancing your improving health. You will look at changes in energy, sleep patterns, symptom management & personal wellbeing. Prescription of current nutritionals may be changed or continued & herbal or homeopathic medicinal support considered to support your changing health goals. Small or significant diet & lifestyle tweaks will continue to be supported depending on your time frame, current health & determination.

Existing patients are invited to book in for a short consultation over the phone in situations where flare-ups of their condition or acute infections are affecting their wellbeing. Colds, cases of flu, digestive disturbance, or urinary infections may be effectively treated with prompt naturopathic care. Your practitioner will prescribe remedies to help limit the duration of your symptoms and encourage your full recovery to health with appropriate rest, nutritional and herbal support. Completing a period of post-illness follow up strengthens your resilience and reduces the occurrence of relapse.

Lors du premier RDV, nous allons voir ensemble vos différents maux, quelle est votre énergie physique, votre énergie mentale, quels sont vos antécédents, comment se passe votre quotidien ( sommeil, digestion, alimentation). Ce sont beaucoup de questions que je pose : ) !

Au fur et à mesure du RDV, je prends le temps de vous expliquer ma vision des choses, et nous voyons ensemble quels conseils êtes-vous prêt-e à mettre en place.

Je vous envoie par la suite un document reprenant les conseils que l’on a vus ensemble.

je vous remercie de prendre RDV en conscience. Tout RDV annulé ou décalé moins de 48h avant sera facturé.

Idéalement, situé 1 mois à 1 mois ½ après votre premier RDV, lors d’un rendez-vous de suivi, nous faisons le point par rapport au premier RDV. L’objectif est de voir où vous en êtes, quels conseils ont pu être mis en place, ou au contraire ont été difficiles à expérimenter.

Il n’y a pas besoin d’avoir expérimenté tous les conseils vus au premier RDV avant de réserver un suivi ! Au contraire, cela sera l’occasion d’aborder les difficultés de mise en place de certains conseils et voir ensemble comment y remédier.
