Although this time can be used for any area of muscle testing or business skills that you need help with, my focus is on your unique practice as a kinesiologist, rather than helping you to follow someone else's process "correctly". The unique 'heart' of your business will inform everything about how you work and will focusses your energy to provide the very best service for your clients. My kinesiology background is diverse and I have spent time serving on kinesiology boards both nationally and internationally. Whether you need help on practical details, or support to expand in a new and powerful way for you, I would be delighted to be there beside you as you grow.

These discussions provide helpful descriptors for those in the professional world, those job searching, and those looking to gain understanding of themselves and how they relate to others.

60-90 minute consultation. An empowering discussion of your assessment results and in-depth breakdown of your unique top-5 strengths. We will discuss your areas of similarity and difference and pinpoint potential areas of synergy and complementary partnership. The aim is to help the two of you avoid negative comparison traps and limit unnecessary conflict as we consider the benefits of your differences. Gain insight into how the two of you can productively work and function together, leveraging one another's strengths and appreciating your uniqueness. Includes information on how your strengths may be positively and negatively perceived by others and strategies for greater teamwork.

One-on-one session examining the results of your Cultural Intelligence assessment. We will discuss the four capabilities of Cultural Intelligence: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, and CQ Action along with the subgroups of each of those capabilities. The session helps you to identify your cultural lens and prepare for effectiveness in cross-cultural interactions. We will also explore strategies for improving your individual Cultural Intelligence and increasing your effectiveness in navigating cultural differences.
