During the course of 6 weeks, we’ll be meeting one-on-one for coaching calls via Zoom. Like the single session, the first 60-minute session is an hour deep dive into all aspects of your life. This creates context, evaluating in detail what needs to be shifted and focused on in regard to what you desire to manifest. Together we will identify where you’re currently at and where you would ideally like to be in each area, and then navigate how to find your optimal state. Subsequent sessions will be highly individualized and vary depending on your needs and include ongoing support, progress checks, accountability, and encouragement. I will imagine your wish fulfilled, further propelling you to achieve your desired results. After each call, you will receive an email from me, outlining your action steps and resources. You’ll walk away feeling clear, refreshed, and excited about upgrading your mindset, habits, and life. This is a follow-up appointment to the Initial Consultation. We will go over your food journal , and I will make a few recommendations as to any adjustments to improve your body composition and energy levels. We will discuss how to implement those recommendations in order to set you up for success! I will also do a follow-up muscle response test to see how your body is responding to the previously recommended protocol and make any necessary adjustment based on your individual needs. 

This is a WELCOME BACK appointment! You and I will discuss what's been going on in your life and health since your last visit. Which symptoms are better, which ones are worse, any new health issues, etc. We'll then discuss some lifestyle adjustments that you can make that will get you back on track to optimum wellness. I also do a new MRT to see if there is any stress on any of the organ systems, and any supplements you may want to add in to bring you back into balance.

I know it can be difficult to discuss, but as we talk I'll be able to offer insight into the areas where I can help you and ensure that I am a right fight for your needs. I want to make sure that I will be effective in helping you obtain your goals and not waste your time. We will also discuss plan options and cost to determine the best fit for you.
