Students will have the opportunity to set goals, objectives, and action steps needed for a successful move-out.  Students will receive feedback and will be held accountable for their plans as they work towards being on their own. This package requires 4 completed sessions which can be purchased separately or grouped together. Sessions will last 45-minutes with each student and will be held on a bi-weekly basis.
