1:1 Coaching session for those enrolled in the 4 month program

A journey to self connection with a 3 part meditation package that is tailored to your state of being. The meditations are personal to you and are sent as mp3 so can be listened to frequently. Whether you are experienced or not, these meditations are guided and created for YOU specifically. 

Answer a questionnaire which enables me to get to the nitty gritty of what you are requiring, I will then create a 10 minute guided meditation for you which is recorded and sent to be able to download and listen to again and again. Meditations can cover most personal development topics and listened to frequently allow you to connect to your higher power and self. 

Life & Personal Development Coaching - Half Session offers individualized mentorship for individuals eager to enhance personal and professional development. You'll receive steadfast guidance to realize your capabilities, focus on strengths, and overcome obstacles. Set meaningful and realistic goals and tap into undiscovered potentials in each session, moving you closer to a more rewarding life experience.

Life & Personal Development Coaching - Full Session provides personalized coaching and mentorship for motivated adults. Unleash your potential, focus on your strengths, and concentrate on personal and professional growth with our expert guidance. Navigate life's challenges, unlock hidden potentials, and establish meaningful goals in life. Each session propels you toward achieving your full potential for a more fulfilling life.
