A visiting tutor and student mentor on the Consulting and Leadership MA I offer Organisation Role Analysis which can be for executive coaching but available to everyone in all roles, leaders and followers. We do this ONLINE via DOCTIFY secure Video link used by the NHS or Zoom. Phone is an option but video or face to face (as allowed) preferred. Organisation Role Analysis focusses on the role. Looking at the person, the role and the organisation and placing that in current times/situations. The systems:psychodynamic approach to organisations incorporates three overlapping frameworks: systems thinking, group behaviour and psychoanalytic theory. The outcome is a powerful combination, whereby clients gain a depth of understanding that gets to the heart of a situation. Roles are complex and in this time of crisis coupled with unprecedented change, roles and the way we work has changed overnight for many. What we want from leaders had already evolved over the decades, but now in this global crisis we see the trend of demanding certainty from them, when in fact there are no clear facts. Leaders face a great challenge to remain sufficiently agile to build the new normal, while also trying to contain the anxieties of their team and leading with clarity and direction. All the time they do this, they must manage their own response to the world change. ORA – Organisation Role Analysis gives the space to think, and so consider what is really going on to determine a realistic way forward. Our consultancy session is a space for you that is  strictly confidential and never recorded. This is important to point out to all, but also for high profile clients whose role has sensitivities or is of public interest about the help they need. I keep updated by attending internation conferences as well as Tavistock Alumni. I am member or International Society for the Psychoanalytic study of Organisations (ISPSO) I recently attended a two day virtual event with NIODA - National Institute for Organisation Dynamics Australia I undertake regular supervision with a psychoanalyst who is trained in this approach.

Our monthly content house is a creator's paradise, with a wardrobe and an onsite makeup artist, it can't get any easier. At the content house, you will have an appointed content concierge, who will be assisting you with all your personal content on your device. ( Camera or Phone). Our highly trained staff will be helping you with wardrobe changes, making sure you're hydrated ( we give you lots of water) making content is a workout ;)

And will be personally assisting you throughout the day, ensuring a VIP experience.

At the content house, our goal is to unite like-minded, powerful creators. You do not need to collaborate at any time with any other creator, we leave that up to your discretion.

This appointment will allow you to meet Dr. Abdussalam Omar as a personal/family/wealth or business coach.  During this very personal and fruitful time with coach Dr. Abdussalam Omar you will discuss and solve your personal, family, wealth or business problems or shape your goals and aspirations to a concrete plan. 

Due to the high demand and his busy professional engagements, the personal meeting appointments are limited to only one per day and 4 per week.

Shini Niyas is passionate coach trained and mentored under Dr. Abdussalam Omar. She is a certified professional coach and NLP Practitioner from American Board of NLP. As a post-graduate in engineering, she has served AWH college of engineering and IHRD college of applied sciences as lecturer before she voluntarily retires to join her passion as a personal and family coach. 

Every case handled by Coach Shini will be discussed and cross consulted with Dr. Omar as and when needed.

Reshma Basheer is a seasoned certified Leadership coach, NLP Practitioner and Emotional Intelligence Coach mentored by Dr. Abdussalam Omar.  She is the Co-Founder of Bravo Personal Excellence. Currently, she holds the position of Executive Office Manager at EFS Logistics, residing in Dubai.

Reshma is a dedicated life coach with a keen passion for empowering individuals to unlock their untapped potential. Specializing in guiding clients through personal and family challenges, her holistic coaching approach emphasizes self-discovery, self-love, and spiritual growth.

Known for her empathetic and optimistic nature, Reshma's effective communication skills inspire others to navigate concerns and guide towards inner peace. Coach Reshma is devoted in helping individuals lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.

Every case attended by Coach Reshma will be discussed and cross-consulted by Dr. Abdussalam Omar as and when needed. 

One time booking to be featured as guest on the Soulscrypt Journal (blog/vlog & podcast). Valid for one month of content. Your presence in production meetings are required based off our content needs--podcast schedule TBD in meeting. When selecting a booking time for this service you are choosing a time period to hold our initial meeting which will cover further scheduling--so book accordingly to your creative convenience!
