This is a hands on introduction to making ceramic forms with your most familiar tools: your hands. Explore a variety of clay techniques including pinching, slab building, coil building, interior supports, marbling, the pottery wheel and most importantly strong joining. Hand-building with clay is a technique that has been used since the earliest ages of man and is a popular way of making much contemporary art today. There is no limit to what you can make with clay!

The use of the electrical file will help the nail technicians to alleviate excess tension in the muscles preventing RSI symptoms. Proper use of the machine is taught in the Magnetic Nail Academy classes. You can only have complete control when you have been properly trained. Duration: 1 day

Select this option if you already know how to use the Manual Mill and just need to reserve time on the machine. If you sign up for this, we will assume you don't need any assistance in the basics of Mill usage.

This booking is for a short one-on-one consultation with one of our LAs.
