Cake smash sessions include 45minutes, 2 outfit changes and 20 digitals with a print release. These are fully set up to you choice of theme WITH a matching cake.  $60 NON REUNDABLE NON TRANSFERABLE retainer fee is due to book. An RPTO session is a live interaction that allows me to observe your calls and your screen, through Adobe, for a short time, approx. 30 mins (only 1-3 calls), while you are servicing. This successful technique helps you to lower AHT and perfect your call flow, with a specific focus on most common challenge areas such as navigation, mapping and after call work (ACW). Please schedule an appointment at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled servicing time, so that you can join my adobe room and get logged into everything before your shift starts.
