The moderate physical activity on the bay will leave you with adventurous feelings with hints of summer camp nostalgia. Includes a team icebreaker, paddling on the water, exercise, teamwork, and of course a few races. Here’s a break down of an average 2 hour session. 10 min intro/ice breaker, 10 min of paddle technique and safety. 60 min-90 min of paddling on water/racing. 10 min cool down/debrief. Corporate Recess provides all life jackets and paddles. Each boat can accommodate up to 20 paddlers. For an additional fee, an onsite lunch can be provided.
