Nabízím přesné vedení, korekce, motivaci a bezpečný postup bez zbytečného přetěžování. Tréninky probíhají individuálně dle tvého času a preferencí. Platba probíhá osobně po lekci. Vhodné pro sportovce i začátečníky.

Diagnostika pohybového aparátu je komplexní vyšetření, při kterém detailně hodnotím funkční stav celého těla – od hlavy až k patě. Cílem je zjistit skutečnou příčinu bolestí, potíží nebo pohybových omezení, a neřešit pouze jejich následky. Součástí diagnostiky je i vyhledání svalových omezení a slabých míst pomocí silových testů. Zjišťuji, kde tělu chybí síla, stabilita nebo aktivace, a kde naopak dochází k přetížení.

Sports therapy and post-rehab training is a 45-minute session.Introductory price for first-time visit at $85.  Subsequent single session at $120.  Discounted treatment and maintenance programmes of 4, 6, 9, 12 sessions are available.  This treatment-based, non-invasive session focuses on discomfort and pain relief for specific problem areas. Manual therapy techniques includes trigger point therapy, holistic massage, heat treatment and assisted-percussive therapy. Light exercises and stretches will be prescribed if necessary for home care and self-rehabilitation.Note: Initial client assessment and interview prior to treatment necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of the client.

Osteopathie ist eine ganzheitliche Behandlungsmethode, mit der man versucht, die natürlichen Mechanismen im Körper zu aktivieren damit Heilung passiert. Osteopathinen behandeln den ganzen Menschen und keine einzelnen Symptome! Nach dem ersten Gespräch (Anamnese) findet eine genaue Inspektion und Befundung statt. Je nach Erforderlichkeit wird ein ganzheitliches Behandlungskonzept mit osteopathischen Techniken der parietalen, viszeralen sowie cranialen Osteopathie angewendet. Zu einem Behandlungszyklus gehören zusätzlich auf Wunsch ein Sporttherapieplan, eine Ernährungsberatung sowie die Anwendung naturheilkundlicher Mittel. Erfahrungsgemäß sollten Sie mit mindestens 3 max. 6 Behandlungsterminen rechnen. 

Nach einer gründlichen Untersuchung und Befundung wird ein individueller Trainingsplan ausgearbeitet. Hier beginnt die Sporttherapie. Mit zielgerichteten Übungen hilfst du deinem Körper Gesundheit zu finden und beschwerdefrei zu werden. Für die Therapie werden zunächst 5 Einzelstunden angesetzt, wöchentlich 1 mal. Parallel übst du ein bis zwei mal pro Woche zu Hause oder in der Gruppe. Nach dieser Zeit sollte eine deutliche Verbesserung zu spüren sein. Die Übungen werden kontinuierlich dem Ergebnis entsprechend angepasst und erweitert.
