It is mostly used for chronic aches and pain on contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.Swedish Massage – Is the most common type of massage, and it involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the most superficial muscle layers. Because of the light pressure used, it is considered a relaxation massage, but its benefits go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve both circulation and flexibility.Sport Massage (stretching) – Like the Deep Tissue Massage, it uses a firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body, but your therapist will incorporate assisted stretching and the session can be focused on a specific area of the body.  

Chair massage focuses on your back, shoulders, neck, arms, and hands. Chair massage is done over clothes and doesn’t require any massage oil. You are seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle while the therapist relieves muscle tension.
