A Traditional Chinese Acupuncture treatment is the theoretical basis of acupuncture and moxibustion in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Our acupuncture treatment is mainly focus on acupuncture needling treatment without moxibustion due to environmental restrictions. 

A free TCM consultant , an TCM diagnosis (which needs the knowledge of traditional TCM Zang-Fu, yin and yang, meridian and collateral, Qi, Blood, Essence, body fluid, and etc. theories) , a profession treatment plan, and a needling performance will be provided base on individual health conditions.

Afhankelijk van je klachten of wensen ontvang je daarna een korte ontspanningsmassage, wat lichaamswerk of gerichte (mindfulness) oefeningen. Tijdsduur: 50 tot 60 minuten.

Dit is een ontspannende massage van de achterkant. Dat kan stevig (Zweedse / Klassieke massage) sederend of zacht en holistisch (Californische / Esalen massage) zijn. De massage kan  zich concentreren op de rug, schouders, nek, billen en benen. Maar je kunt ook kiezen voor een hoofd, gezichts-, borst- en voetmassage. Tijdsduur: 45 tot 60 minuten.

Een ontspanningsmassage van zowel de achter- als de voorkant van je lichaam. Je hebt keuze uit Klassieke Zweedse ontspanningsmassage, Californische Esalen massage of vloeiende Alchemy of Touch massage. Door de massage worden jouw spieren, pezen, zenuwen en je hersenen uitgenodigd om te ontspannen. Je krijgt een algeheel gevoel van welbevinden. Deep Tissue Massage - Involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles) and targets tension areas. It is mostly used for chronic aches and pain on contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Swedish Massage – Is the most common type of massage, and it involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the most superficial muscle layers. Because of the light pressure used, it is considered a relaxation massage, but its benefits go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve both circulation and flexibility.
Sport Massage (stretching) – Like the Deep Tissue Massage, it uses a firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body, but your therapist will incorporate assisted stretching and the session can be focused on a specific area of the body.
