I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with both individuals and couples. My counseling is compassionate, empathic and empowerment-based. I believe healing occurs through the recognition of your inner strengths, helping you find ways to treat yourself with compassion during difficult times. I take care to understand and talk with you about your experiences. Together we gently explore sources of pain or stress, and decide on the best strategies for reducing stress.

Standard Hijama is great for those that want to get Hijama for general well being and Sunnah Hijama points. This includes Hijama in 5-7 main points. Standard Hijama may help with many different conditions, including anxiety, lethargic, fatigue, detoxification of liver, mind clarity etc...

Advanced Hijama is a focused Hijama session that combines both dry and wet cupping for detoxifying the body as well as relaxation of muscles. This includes a combination of wet and dry Hijama in 10-15 points. People with chronic back, neck, shoulder, migraine and stress would really benefit. Also, advanced Hijama focuses on detoxification and cleansing of Heart, Liver, Lungs, Stomach and other areas.

Orthopedic cupping can be used for conditions like rotator cuff injury, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, scoliosis, bursitis, tendinitis, cervical strain,sprain, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder syndrome, IT band syndrome. It lengthens connective tissue and hydrates the joints. Joints are hydrated by fluid facilitation. It allows to restore neurological function by using muscle energy techniques. It assists with disssolving adhesions, and normalizing the position of the soft tissue by releasing its torsion.

As with each session I start off with what you know about Reiki and your expectations for the session. I will have you fill out client paperwork and talk briefly about your general health and lifestyle. After that we will do a quick meditation and set our intention for the session.

Reiki with Crystal Healing. Crystals have very powerful healing properties and when paired with Reiki, energy from the universe the healing is that much more powerful. I wear crystals every day, I have an amethyst ring (promotes healing from addiction), I also have an amethyst chunk by my bed along with Clear Quartz which has the most powerful healing properties. And my latest addition is Angel Quartz. It promotes physical as well as emotional healing and is also very popular. I will put a photo of it on this service page. Namaste!
