I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with both individuals and couples. My counseling is compassionate, empathic and empowerment-based. I believe healing occurs through the recognition of your inner strengths, helping you find ways to treat yourself with compassion during difficult times. I take care to understand and talk with you about your experiences. Together we gently explore sources of pain or stress, and decide on the best strategies for reducing stress.

Advanced Hijama is a focused Hijama session that combines both dry and wet cupping for detoxifying the body as well as relaxation of muscles. This includes a combination of wet and dry Hijama in 10-15 points. People with chronic back, neck, shoulder, migraine and stress would really benefit. Also, advanced Hijama focuses on detoxification and cleansing of Heart, Liver, Lungs, Stomach and other areas.

Orthopedic cupping can be used for conditions like rotator cuff injury, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, scoliosis, bursitis, tendinitis, cervical strain,sprain, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder syndrome, IT band syndrome. It lengthens connective tissue and hydrates the joints. Joints are hydrated by fluid facilitation. It allows to restore neurological function by using muscle energy techniques. It assists with disssolving adhesions, and normalizing the position of the soft tissue by releasing its torsion.

Cupping has been used as part of sports therapy for a long period of time. Cupping is used by health care professionals, coaches and trainers to maintain, detoxify, recover, and strengthen the physical needs of the athletes to remove toxins. Protocols should be followed in sports healthcare.Cupping should be avoided at any injury site after immediate injury. Cupping should not be used for 24 hours after injury. Before applying negative pressure in the damaged area, you have to be completely sure that there is no internal bleeding before you start cupping.

Facial exercises have been used for generations for women of Asia, Russia, and Europe. Negative pressure is used in facial exercises for rejuvenation and for maintenance. Small cups to vacuum and lift the facial tissue mimics the pumping movements of lymphatic drainage. This can be done for a few minutes or can be done as part of a long facial protocol for ultimate results. This is beneficial because it increases blood circulation of the skin and causes enhanced absorption of facial topicals. It increases nutrients brought to the epidermis. Drainage of stagnant fluids will reduce edema.

Medically, infertility is defined as the inability to conceive a child even after the couple has had unprotected intercourse for a year. It can also be defined as the inability of a woman to deliver a live, healthy baby. Cupping therapy can help by removing the problems in the reproductive systems of both, men and women, that eventually lead up to infertility.

As with each session I start off with what you know about Reiki and your expectations for the session. I will have you fill out client paperwork and talk briefly about your general health and lifestyle. After that we will do a quick meditation and set our intention for the session.

Reiki with Crystal Healing. Crystals have very powerful healing properties and when paired with Reiki, energy from the universe the healing is that much more powerful. I wear crystals every day, I have an amethyst ring (promotes healing from addiction), I also have an amethyst chunk by my bed along with Clear Quartz which has the most powerful healing properties. And my latest addition is Angel Quartz. It promotes physical as well as emotional healing and is also very popular. I will put a photo of it on this service page. Namaste!

Hypnosis is a powerful tool when done correctly can have very beneficial results. I urge you to take the leap and get that monkey off your back you’ve been carrying around for so long! It may take a few sessions so I have a package deal. One session for 100, 4 for 300!

Introductory Reiki Session. This first session is to get to know you a bit. I like to ask my clients what they know About Reiki and have they used it or any other form of Alternative Healing. I have you fill out client forms and then we briefly discuss your general health and lifestyle. Finally we end with a meditation and intention setting. Then our session begins!
