Lesley started in private practice at Central Wollongong Physio in 1989 with an special interest in chronic pain. (Lesley had previously been studying Psychology in Canada) She worked at Port Kembla Hospital Physiotherapy Dept. mainly in orthopaedics ( inpatient and outpatient) and rehabilitation.Lesley became interested in an holistic view of pain management and the NSW government allowed Lesley to undertake training in Hypnosis to use for pain relief.Since then Lesley has undertaken much post graduate training including Acupuncture in 1998. She is also a Clinical Nutritionist (UNE 2003) and Clinical Hypnotherapist (Melbourne 2013) Lesley treats acute anc chronic problems such as backs, necks, knees etc., however some people have pains that standard treatments just scratch the surface of. The connection between the mind and body is fascinating.  For example, depressions or grief may reignite old, long forgotten pains. We may address multiple areas of pain with acupuncture or in some cases hypnosis. The Teal Flame Healing Centre is a place for holistic healing and has other like minded practitioners and classes. This option is best used in conjunction with a wardrobe service because my shopping sessions are a little different to what you may be used to... I am there as your shopping assistant - not your personal shopper. I believe that teaching you the skills to know what you are looking for in a shop (especially a preloved store) reduces the overwhelm, the impulse purchasing and the second guessing. So by starting in your wardrobe; you are far more likely to have a better understanding of your shape, fabric composition, cuts and styles that will help your existing wardrobe - instead of overwhelming it! I'll plan where we go and use our list from our wardrobe session to guide us. Within the shopping time I'll encourage you to lean in to your new understanding of why something will or won't work. This may sound scary, but trust me - you'll thank me later! I can do as much or as little hand holding as you need and I'm always 100% honest so you come away with exactly what you DO need and none of what you DON'T. This session will look to nail your basics, (including underwear) from your head down to your toes!
