Although this time can be used for any area of muscle testing or business skills that you need help with, my focus is on your unique practice as a kinesiologist, rather than helping you to follow someone else's process "correctly". The unique 'heart' of your business will inform everything about how you work and will focusses your energy to provide the very best service for your clients. My kinesiology background is diverse and I have spent time serving on kinesiology boards both nationally and internationally. Whether you need help on practical details, or support to expand in a new and powerful way for you, I would be delighted to be there beside you as you grow.

Blending coaching and kinesiology, we explore the parts of you that are taking over or holding you back from whatever you are wanting to changes or achieve. We listen to be able to understand each part's triggers and fears, their well-intentioned motivations and the behaviours they use to keep you safe. When these parts of ourselves are in charge, we are often reactionary, stuck in uncomfortable patterns and dealing with challenges at work or in our relationships, and don't feel as though we are calm, confident or thriving in life. As these parts of us begin to feel heard, understood and valued for the roles they play, they are more willing to step back and allow space for Self Leadership.
