This workout is centered around teaching you how to score on the floor. - Shooting Drills (Off-the Dribble, Catch and Shoot)- Finishing Drills (w/contact, different foot finishes, different hands, same and opp side)- Reading Screens- Movement without the ball

Learn to reek havoc on offensive players- On Ball (Lat Quick, Hand Eye, Reading on-ball screens)- Off-Ball (Help side, Taking a Charge, boxing out)- Rebounding
