This is for a 1 hour PITCHING ONLY lesson; which will focus on proper warm-ups and stretching, teaching proper mechanics, and cool down. To include homework for the pitcher, which may include strength training, stretching, arm care, etc.

1/2 Upper body/abs mixed with 1/2 Spin......  Great way to enjoy both!   Ride the Spin Bike for Legs and Cardio mix 4 minutes/rest/then off the bike for 4 mins of upper body and abs circuit......  $9/Class - 8 participants. 55 mins
