Hello, I am Sandrine your hypnotherapist.

Our initial consultation is an important exploratory session where I will find out more about you: about your goals, your expectations and what you want to achieve in this therapy. This is where I will assess your needs to establish a treatment plan.

So I can assess how best to help you, I will be gathering/reviewing with you a number of information about you and your issue. Please be as honest as you can: it will help us both tremendously as this is a two-way process. The initial consultation will also be an opportunity for you to find out more about hypnosis and my approach in general. When I see you, we will be doing a hypnotic procedure.

This will help you to become familiar with hypnosis.

My Fees:

This is the hypnotherapy session. This is your therapy. I will inform you of the number of sessions that I think is needed but this will be jointly agreed and will also depend on what your needs and issue(s) are.

This session follows the 'Initial Assessment'. 

My Fees:

I charge £60 for therapy sessions (up to 50 minutes). The number of sessions will be discussed after the first assessment: this will vary on the issue and the needs.

I charge £45 for therapy sessions (up to 50 minutes). The number of sessions will be discussed after the first assessment: this will vary on the issue and the needs.

If you are on low-income, unemployed or furloughed, therapy sessions are £30.
