It's time to pick up your puppy!!!

This is a 60 minute session with transition time included. BCST is a non-invasive hands-on treatment for the whole body, especially the nervous system. Clients are fully clothed and can choose to receive the session sitting in a chair or laying down on massage table. More info about accessibility and how I practice BCST here. I accept payment on a sliding scale based on your income, earning power, assets, and access to wealth between $30 and $125 an hour, with 20% of profit going to Tucson Therapy Fund for BIPOC locals. We'll talk about how to recognize when your autonomic nervous system is activated (and what that means), why it happens, and how to support your nervous system and feel more equipped for ups and downs.
