Zest Hearing Care offers expert ear wax removal in Daventry. 

Ear wax removal can be performed by either irrigation or microsuction. Both methods are safe and efficient and are carried out by our expert audiologist.

Irrigation is most commonly used by GP surgeries, and in this procedure the wax is washed out of your ear with water. You might have heard this method being called "syringing" (although no syringes are involved!).

Microsuction involves a small tip being inserted into your ear canal and the wax being "vacuumed" out. It is often a quicker method than irrigation, but can be much noisier.

During your appointment your audiologist will examine your ears and will discuss your symptoms with you. They will also talk to you about any relevant medical history and will discuss the most suitable method of wax removal with you.

After your ears are clear your audiologist will continue to perform a thorough health check on your ears and hearing system to ensure that everything is healthy and working well.
