We will take a 90/10 approach which means 90% of the time you give your body whole, natural foods and 10% of the time you enjoy the sweet goodness of some chocolate cake or wine-whatever suits your fancy! ​There will be no deprivation-that only leads to overeating and increased stress. ​We introduce exercise into your routine in ways that work for you! No marathons-let's start with a nice calm walk. It's ok! Flexibility is important when you are trying to create a new lifestyle.  Together we create small, manageable goals that won't overwhelm you. We work at a pace that supports your personal goals-creating  a new lifestyle takes time and patience. We tackle CRAVINGS! Everyone has them-the good news is-once we get to the root of what's causing them and address that root cause-cravings have a way of disappearing. We all have busy lives and sometimes just the thought of having to spend more time shopping and preparing healthy meals can be overwhelming.  I help provide a road map so it doesn't seem quite so big anymore.  I teach you how to navigate a grocery store, read food labels and start to truly take control of your health.  We learn about food prep and how to invest your time wisely in your kitchen.  Program cost reviewed at Health Consultation meeting.

So many of my clients want to learn how to get a healthy meal on the table FAST!  Come join me in my kitchen to learn some of my tricks of the trade, and take home some new recipes to make for your own family.  Before the class we will discuss any dishes that interest you, and I will send you a list of other options that you might enjoy. 5 person limit for this class

My family can't get enough of these little bites! They are super easy to make and are an excellent alternative to chips, packaged granola bars and unhealthy snacks.  In this workshop we will make 3 different kinds of protein energy bites for you to enjoy.  Class size can go up to 5 people.  For larger groups, please contact me to make accommodations.  Price will increase for groups over 5.
