A 2on1 training session is a beneficial method of training two players in isolation from a large group session often present at clubs. In addition to 1on1 training, 2on1 sessions encourage both players to take ownership of their football development and promotes an environment whereby competition can thrive. 1v1 domination and challenges between players are possible which encourages both players to compete among each other to raise their individual game.

The incorporation of a camera will take player visual and auditory feedback to new heights. A camera will be attached to a tripod and placed in an area of the pitch which allows for a suitable capture angle. The session will be recorded and stored on the device. Footage will then be transferred from the device onto a laptop whereby the footage will be edited to include the most relevant parts of the session. The footage will then be sent via WeTransfer to clients for session feedback and can be shared with family/friends to show them just how good you are!

Pirmo susitikimo metu atliekamas funkcinių judesių ir laikysenos vertinimas ("FMS" – funkcinių judesių vertinimo metodika; "The Biomechanics Method" - lėtinio skausmo slopinimo metodika, "Dinaminė neuroraumeninė stabilizacija" - judesių vertinimo, vystymo ir koregavimo metodika), identifikuojami asmens tikslai ir poreikiai. Testavimas yra skirtas nustatyti: raumenų aktyvumą  ir pajėgumą (aktyvūs/pasyvūs raumenys); gebėjimą atlikti prigimtinius funkcinius judesius (stūmimas, traukimas, ėjimas); laikysenos pokyčius ir su tuo susijusius skausmus (stuburo, galvos, pečių, kelių, klubo sąnarių, raumenų) bei galimas rizikas (padidėję/sumažėję stuburo linkiai,  traumos, fizinio pajėgumo stoka,  širdies darbo pajėgumo stoka, viršsvoris ir kt.).   Po susitikimo el. paštu  gausite išvadas, rekomendacijas ir jei bus noro bei galimybių planuosime tolimesnį darbą konkretiems tikslams pasiekti. Gauti rezultatai, jei jie yra taisytini, dažniausiai yra pirmas tikslas jums ir treneriui, nuo ko pradėsite darbą kartu. Testavimas yra neintensyvus ir nereikalauja jokio fizinio pasirengimo.
