This session is great for swimmers looking to improve technique or skills (e.g. turns or starts) to either be more efficient in the water to make your swimming a little easier, increase your speed for faster times or to prevent injuries that may occur due to poor technique. Multiple sessions are great for keeping on top of the swimmer with these changes or give time to work on a number of issues without overloading the swimmer in one session. 

Your stroke will be filmed and analysed during the session to pinpoint improvements which will help reduce your overall swimming time. Swimmers will then have the opportunity to work on the elements identified in the pool ensuring you are correcting any errors. A copy of your underwater filming & commentary will be provided to you at the end of the session.
