Du bist schon lange neugierig darauf Yoga auszuprobieren, hast aber noch gar keine oder wenig Erfahrung? Dann bist du hier genau richtig! In diesem systematisch aufgebauten Programm erlernst Du die Yoga Grundlagen, d.h. die grundlegenden Körperhaltungen (Asanas), verschiedene Atemtechniken (Pranayama) und Du erhältst einen Einblick in die Meditation. In den 8 aufeinander aufbauenden Yogaklassen werden die einzelnen Yogahaltungen genau erklärt und präzise erarbeitet. Die bewußte Integration des Atems ermöglicht die besondere Wirkung der einzelnen Asanagruppen. Außerdem lernst Du die Praxis des Vinyasa Flow Yoga kennen. Dieser Kurs ist für Einsteiger und Wiedereinsteiger geeignet, sowie für alle, die sich in intensiv mit den Yoga BASICs auseinandersetzen möchten.

Einstieg ist jederzeit möglich!

Der perfekte Einklang aus Yin und Yang Elementen. Die Balance zwischen kraftvoller Bewegung und angenehmer Entspannung steht hier im Vordergrund. Zu Beginn und am Ende der Stunde werden die Kombinationen aus Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation und weiteren spannenden Feldern begegnen, die dir Ruhe und Erdung geben. Der Yang Teil der Stunde ist eine dynamische, kraftvolle Sequenz, die uns ermöglicht, durch unseren Körper in einen bewegten Flow-Zustand zu gelangen.

Die VORTEILSKARTEN-KURSE sind nur in Verbindung mit einer 5er- oder 10er-Karte buchbar. Aus technischen Gründen werden daher alle Kunden gebeten, die eine Vorteilskarte verwenden möchten, über diese Kurskategorie zu buchen. The single pack is best for parents who prefer to pay as they go. It is often selected as a top-up after realising they have under-booked.

Most* kids are taught the absolute basics in two lessons and build independence and confidence on the bike within three lessons.

*Not all kids are the same. Some are taught in one session, while some may be taught in three or more.

Kids with special needs may take more time depending on their needs.

Arrival Time

Each lesson starts on the hour. Please aim to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so that we don't consume lesson time with;

What to bring

1. Helmet. -We can supply helmets, but it's better to bring your own.

2. Water Bottle.

3. Closed Shoes. -Please avoid open shoes such as sandals.

4. Short, or long sleeve shirt. -No singlets.

Bikes

We supply the bikes. -Please avoid setting expectations that riders will learn on their own bike.

We specifically use bikes that are easy to teach with.

Once we have them riding on our bikes, we can typically transition them to their own suitable bikes if time permits.

$74 per lesson. -Save $30

This is three one hour lessons for the same child. -Not to be used for multiple kids.

The triple pack is best for developing independence, confidence and bike safety.

Most* kids develop independence and confidence by the third lesson. -Some have it in two sessions, while some need three or more sessions.

Kids with special needs may take more time depending on their needs.

Once we get them riding on our bikes, we can typically transition them to their own suitable bikes if time permits.

Select if you plan to use your horse for 2 hours, including tacking and untacking.

1-hour rest between rides: The booking system automatically blocks out an extra hour after each ride to allow for a rest period.  If you book your horse for a 2 hour ride, the system will block out 3 hours.

Select if you plan to use your horse for 3 hours, including tacking and untacking. 

Each horse may be booked for a maximum of two 3-hour rides per day. 

If you observe a horse is already booked twice in the same day, please select a different horse or a different day to ride.

1-hour rest between rides: The booking system automatically blocks out an extra hour after each ride to allow for a rest period.  If you book your horse for a 3 hour ride, the system will block out 4 hours.

A gentle Hatha class, followed with a couple of yin/restorative postures and a lovely, long relaxation to end. Perfect for the end of the week, recharging your batteries for the weekend!

This is the most commonly practised style of yoga in the West. In each class you’ll work with balancing the mind, body and breath. This is achieved by working with the breath (Pranayama), the physical postures (Asanas) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and short meditations.

All classes start with a short meditation. This helps you to just relax from the day you’ve had and arrive on your mat. You’ll then move into the physical practice and explore the wonderful postures of yoga and close the session with a deep and beautiful relaxation.

The pace of the class is steady, with gentle to deep stretches helping to relax the body, help release tension, increase circulation and de stress the mind. 

A deeply, relaxing style of yoga. Restorative yoga focuses on undoing stress that so many of us experience in life.

We often end up so busy that we can forget to take time to relax. Restorative yoga poses are supported and passive and can be held from five to fifteen minutes. During this time you are supported in the poses using blankets, pillows and blocks.

This invokes the body into a deep relaxation, which is healing to the nervous system and organs. It helps to ease muscle tension, general fatigue, insomnia, aids lowering blood pressure, improves immune function and helps digestion.

Great for anyone with auto immune conditions, chronic illness, anyone in recovery or simply to de-stress and give your body and mind some well deserved TLC.

This is the fundamental foundation for your pole journey. Beginner pole class is crucial in building the correct strength and learning to engage the correct muscles etc for your more advanced classes that will come in the future.  Building up the co-ordination,confidence and strength you will need to execute moves and tricks correctly is the most important part of beginner pole. You will be introduced to the basics of Pole Fitness including vocabulary, grips, transitions, floor work, spins and tricks that makes up our internationally recognized syllabus.

This is a class that is open to ALL levels. This gives you the chance to work on your skills in the various levels. There could be students from level 1-6 in one class - these classes are generally more chilled and follow a less rigid structure due to the mix of members in one class. We generally try keep it to a max of 3 levels - but if the class truly has multiple levels we will have 2 instructors to ensure everyone has a spotter and 1 on 1 assistance should it be required.

Unleash your inner sensual being with this sultry, sexy choreo class. Heels are encouraged, knee pads highly recommended, and all the sass you can muster. Dress as sexy as you want, but keep in mind that we are still a fitness studio and modesty is required. Please cover all bits you wouldn't want on camera. This is where we start to incorporate some tricks and spins above the floor work and around-the-pole manoeuvres we covered in beginner exotic.
