For my active clients looking to improve their performance, lessen their chance of injury and create more balanced muscles.  Get ready to be challenged throughout class and expect to feel your muscles quiver and shake. Clients that know how to work their abdominals and do not have any active pain. 

Expect some foam rolling for your IT band, piriformis, and quadriceps.  May include jump boarding.  Class alternates between reformer, chair, and tower.

We'll use props like magic circle and bands to get you moving!

A deliberate paced class that will concentrate on breath in order to find those deep stabilizer muscles.  This class is a total body workout! Let's work on strengthening your hips and back.  A great Pilates mix of exercises and breath work that mind and body will enjoy.  

The focus is on strengthening and stretching hips, glutes and spine. This class is for individuals looking to keep their backs strong and have specific limitations. 

Stay tuned for a lot of stretching exercises.  Sometimes tight muscles are  very difficult to access. New habits can take a while to develop. There is more explanation of exercises and the pace is very deliberate, it is by no means easy!

It covers in detail, reasons to own different types of pistols, causes of firearm accidents, parts & operations, assembly & disassembly, pistol cleaning, fundamentals of pistol shooting Caliber size .22 . You must pass the shooting & written exams, to receive NRA certification. Course provides certificates to apply for LTC for Connecticut. Prerequisites – None
