Our Group Workout curriculum is ideal for all ages and skill levels. The group session atmosphere allows each player to develop and compete in a high level environment.

One-on-one private training allows Coach Kevin to direct all his attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player. He will deliver an abundance of creative drills designed to improve a player’s skill set. After each session trainers will give an assessment on the player’s skill level. Each time slot can only accompany one apartment. No more that 2 residents will be able to occupy the facility at one time.Please, DO NOT rearrange the gym equipment, or remove any closed signs. It has been properly spaced out according to the administered safety guidelines. Please be aware that approval of this request does not guarantee specific equipment in the fitness center. Office staff has the authority to determine if guests are adhering to rules and regulations. Anyone not following rules will lose fitness center privileges.All persons involved must adhere to the rules and regulations, and will be responsible for leaving the fitness center in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Adults are responsible for monitoring the proper conduct of minors during your scheduled gym time.It is strongly recommended to continue to practice social distancing.
