This workout will challenge your full body, focusing on both push and pull exercises you can perform in a bootcamp environment; as well as lower body exercises. Each program is written with balance in mind, meaning while we work the anterior of your body (the front- front deltoids, chest, quads, biceps etc), we don’t neglect the posterior (back- rear deltoids, traps, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, glutes, hamstrings etc) and lateral (side- lateral deltoids, abductors etc) sides of the body. Everyone’s favourite class because there is no cardio involved!

A crowd favourite! Boxing is the perfect blend of getting that frustration out and having fun at the same time. This class usually involves the basic punches and some sneaky combinations. It’ll get your heart rate up and you wont even realise that you’re actually doing “cardio” because it’s that fun!

A killer session that will most likely fry your legs. Learn basic kicks and how to hold a kick shield. Enjoy kicking the kick pads as hard as you can, to get some of that frustration out, as well as have fun training with new friends!

This class offers more technique and more movement. This class is for people who already have experienced in type of dance. 

This class offers more difficult transformations in movements/ choreography. If you have an easy time remembering eight counts & got what it takes for a difficult challenge, this class is for you.

Débutant(e), vous venez de vous inscrire mais vous n'osez pas aller sur le plateau de peur de ne pas savoir utiliser les machines. Votre coach s'occupe de vous expliquer comment fonctionnent les appareils de musculation pendant 1h.

This class is a suitable for all fitness levels. In this flow we will move through a different sequence each week, helping to increase strength, mobility and flexibilty. A link will be sent to your email for the class.

The Rocket practice is a challenging yet fun set sequence of Asanas. It was created with the Ashtanga practice in mind, derived to "get you there fast". As always, you are encouraged to step to your mat and find your flow. Or, "you do you"! In this class we focus on connection with the muscles that support us all day long. Our hips, and our core. Weak muscles through the hips and core are often the root cause of my lower back aches and pains, and also hamstring and knee pain.By drawing our full attention to these areas, and working to actively stretch, strengthen and mobilize, we create a better connection with the entire body.
