Yoga doux, thérapeutique et méditatif basée sur 2 fondamentaux : le relâchement total des muscles et l’immobilité pendant plusieurs minutes.
Idéal pour débutants et sportifs
Notre corps est constitué de tissus ‘yang’, les muscles et de tissus ‘yin’, les tissus conjonctifs dits ‘profonds’ : tendons, ligaments, fascias et cartilages. Atteindre ces tissus yin nécessite deux choses :
un relâchement total des muscles. Lorsque nous travaillons nos muscles, les articulations (tendons, ligaments, cartilage) ne sont pas sollicitées à leur maximum et sont donc comme protégées. En ne contractant pas nos muscles, ces tissus deviennent ‘accessibles’.l’immobilité pendant plusieurs minutes. Des mouvements brefs et répétés permettent de travailler la mémoire musculaire car les muscles sont des tissus élastiques. Les tissus conjonctifs, de par leur constitution en fibres de collagène, sont particulièrement résistants aux tensions d’où la nécessité d’une traction prolongée et ciblée. Les fascias, membrane qui enveloppe nos muscles et organes (entre autre), se relâchent alors doucement.A très vite sur le tapis

Your stroke will be filmed and analysed during the session to pinpoint improvements which will help reduce your overall swimming time. Swimmers will then have the opportunity to work on the elements identified in the pool ensuring you are correcting any errors.
A copy of your underwater filming & commentary will be provided to you at the end of the session.

This session is great for swimmers looking to improve technique or skills (e.g. turns or starts) to either be more efficient in the water to make your swimming a little easier, increase your speed for faster times or to prevent injuries that may occur due to poor technique.

number of issues without overloading the swimmer in one session.
