Saturday Power and Strenth building class. It will offer you a sense of good workout yet help you feel relaxed and accomplished.

Monthly class pass via direct debit is available for regular practice at a reduced rate.

This class consists of guided meditations and movement to bring awareness to the body. The meditations vary in topic, but are used to calm the mind and turn one's attention to their inner self.

Class Pricing:

Donation Based - whatever you feel is a fair price for the service and where you are financially. A way to make meditation accessible to all. 

Yin Asana utilizes poses that are held for 3 to 5 minutes. These postures are active stretches and with the support of props allows you to safely deepen and or support your stretch. A calm and slow-moving practice that allows you to immerse yourself in each pose.
