Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices, disciplines, and exercises which has its roots in ancient India. Yoga is perceived globally to enhance well being and often able to cure conditions unable to find a cure in general medicine practices.

In den 8 aufeinander aufbauenden Yogaklassen werden die einzelnen Yogahaltungen genau erklärt und präzise erarbeitet. Die bewußte Integration des Atems ermöglicht die besondere Wirkung der einzelnen Asanagruppen. Außerdem lernst Du die Praxis des Vinyasa Flow Yoga kennen. Dieser Kurs ist für Einsteiger und Wiedereinsteiger geeignet, sowie für alle, die sich in intensiv mit den Yoga BASICs auseinandersetzen möchten.

This is the most commonly practised style of yoga in the West. In each class you’ll work with balancing the mind, body and breath. This is achieved by working with the breath (Pranayama), the physical postures (Asanas) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and short meditations.

All classes start with a short meditation. This helps you to just relax from the day you’ve had and arrive on your mat. You’ll then move into the physical practice and explore the wonderful postures of yoga and close the session with a deep and beautiful relaxation.

The pace of the class is steady, with gentle to deep stretches helping to relax the body, help release tension, increase circulation and de stress the mind. 

A deeply, relaxing style of yoga. Restorative yoga focuses on undoing stress that so many of us experience in life.

We often end up so busy that we can forget to take time to relax. Restorative yoga poses are supported and passive and can be held from five to fifteen minutes. During this time you are supported in the poses using blankets, pillows and blocks.

This invokes the body into a deep relaxation, which is healing to the nervous system and organs. It helps to ease muscle tension, general fatigue, insomnia, aids lowering blood pressure, improves immune function and helps digestion.
