Zlatan Velić is responsible for introducing BIHAMK's digital affiliate programme (which is included into the FIA Mobility Worldwide Best Practice Toolkit), enhancing the club's online presence and web sale experience as well as facilitating development of personalised digital communication between BIHAMK and its members via multiple communication channels.

Mr. Velić has an extensive, long-term experience in this area with a recent initiative being his successful project of BIHAMK's membership system remodelling as an adequate response to the COVID-19 crisis.

Making the membership digital. FDM has gone from a traditional physical membership card to a digital solution. With the retirement of the physical membership card, FDM has instead turned to card linking, where discounts etc. are tied directly to the members’ credit cards. This will assure that members automatically don’t forget to claim discounts and thus make the benefits more frequent. Further FDM has launched an app which keep track of members’ total discounts and make the benefits of the membership visible for more members. The launch of the new app and the card linking has both been very successful exceeding expectations.

MAK has long tradition of diversification. We have concluded strategic agreements with major Hungarian non-core business partners as MOL, the largest oil and gas company, as well as OTP, the largest bank and Telenor, the second largest mobile service provider in Hungary.
We were able to recruit new members and retain existing members through added values arising from these collaborations and could enhance our visibility.

RACE’s success story has been built on two key premises:
- Large scale introduction of new technologies to aggressively drive down operational cost while increasing the quality of the service.

As a consequence, RACE has become the largest RSA provider in Spain, its diversified business stands at 25% of total and is currently enabling business growth to clubs in other markets in Europe.

Carpooling – FDM launched an app and platform to coordinate and scale nationwide carpooling. The project builds upon a white label of the world leading and successful platform, Karos, from France. The activity was very low during the corona-lockdown, but FDM succeeded in partnering up with +60 municipalities and the biggest corporations in Denmark, now representing a potential of +150.000 employees. The activation of the partners, the membership base and mobilist are scaling up during the fall as the traffic and congestion are back to normal.
