Sobre a empresa

Thank you for using space at the Franklin K. Lane Campus. Please note the following.

You are responsible for entering extended use permits for the building if you are using the building before 8:00 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. Monday -Friday, or on the weekends.
Use of the space is contingent upon availability. If the space is not available, you must make alternative accommodations.
If you are not using a space after you have reserved it, please cancel your event to ensure it is available for others to use. Preference goes to schools on campus first.
You are responsible for adequate supervision of all stakeholders and the appropriate care of the space.
If your event is longer than an hour you can do one of the following: 1) Enter multiple slots for the same event (This is quicker and an assurance that you will have that space for that time) 2) Request via email (jmaguir2@schools.nyc.gov) that your event be extended after you have entered the event in the calendar.
Bookings for gymnasiums during the day (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) must be made via e-mail to jmaguir2@schools.nyc.gov. PSAL has gymnasium priority in the afternoons and on weekends; please confirm with nschratwieser2@schools.nyc.gov for availability.
