TO PLAY PLEASE CAREFULLY READ:

1. ONE person will BOOK & PAY for the whole party (if multiple players desired).

2. Allow 1 HOUR for EACH golfer to play 18 holes (I.e. 2 golfers = 2 hours)

DO NOT GO OVER YOUR ALLOTTED TIME.

3. Click "BOOK NOW" above to select your duration of play.

4. ALL Tee times are BOOKED & PAID for ONLINE.

If desired, you may also pay and schedule during the OPEN hours of Fit Physique below.

Monday - Thursday 12 - 7pm

Friday 12 - 6pm

Saturday 9am - 1pm

5. ALL golfers are REQUIRED to fill out THIS FORM PRIOR to simulator use.

This form is available within the room upon arrival or online.

If you do not fill this form out, you do not play. No exceptions.

6. After payment, check your email for FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS on simulator USE.

NOTE: The facility and simulator are under a 24/7 motion alert surveillance system.
