We are a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School, run by a Roger Gracie Black Belt who has won the IBJJF European Championship at Purple, Brown, and Black Belt. We run Adult classes and also classes for all age groups from 3 upwards. We are currently running classes in accordance with government guidelines that aim to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. The adults BJJ fitness class will be a 45 minute fairly intense class that aims to get your (BJJ) fitness back up to the level it was at before the lockdown.
