Grossmont College CDC provides child care and education to student families and faculty. The CDC lab school offers observation and practicum in 5 classrooms for children from 5 months up to 5 years of age. This calendar provides online access to schedule an observation time or parent/teacher conference.Nossa equipe

Environmental Observation
45-60 minute observation appointment in a classroom to complete ECERS or other environmental assignment that requires students to search learning environment. This is only available at the end of day/after center hours so as not to disrupt children in care.

Student CDC Activity Plan Appointment
Please come prepared to discuss your activity plan to present to children. You will meet be with our CDC Coordinator or CDC Tech in the Front Office. Get approval for your classroom activity that it is: 1) developmentally appropriate and 2) in line with the center's philosophy. This meeting will cover materials required, scope of the activity and approval. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT YOUR PLAN ON THE SAME DAY AS THIS APPOINTMENT. Your learning expereince with the children will be scheduled during your planning meeting and will take place at another time on a different day. PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS AND NEGATIVE TUBERCULOSIS TEST REQUIRED BEFORE SETTING ACTIVITY APPOINTMENT.
