Initial Nutrition Consultation
Starting off on your nutrition journey we will look at your current dietary intake and break it down to see the macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and energy you eat each day. Baseline biometrics will be taken, including blood pressure, weight, height, and a finger prick blood test for lipids and sugars. We'll discuss your nutrition goals and preferences to make sure we come up with a plan to suit your lifestyle. You will go home with general suggestions for dietary changes to help you meet your nutritional needs and health or weight goals.
*Please note: the bloods must be taken after at least 8 hours of fasting, so most people will prefer a morning appointment.

Enjoy an infrared sauna before you massage to warm up your muscles. For most people twenty minutes in the sauna is more than enough, but the session allows 30 minutes so you have time to get into and out of togs and have a drink of water between the sauna and the massage.
Please bring a water bottle for your time in the sauna, it is very warm and you will probably find that you sweat out a lot of your fluids. A bath towel will be provided for your use in the sauna. Togs are encouraged, but not required as long as you sit on the towel. The sauna has Bluetooth, so if you would like to bring any music or podcasts to listen to that is absolutely fine, but you will probably want to leave your phone just outside the sauna, as it’s a bit hotter than most electronics can handle for 20 minutes.
Please note: You must shower immediately before your appointment if you are using the sauna.
